Delivery: Digital products (guides, maps, kits, downloads) are delivered instantly after checkout via email with a secure download link. Files are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile use.
Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable except in cases of duplicate purchase or file error. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Support: If you have any issues accessing your files, email us at admin@lifesheloves.com and we will resend or assist you.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping: Standard shipping times vary by location. Tracking details will be emailed when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges: Physical products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Refunds: Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
