My Asian Era Book Club

A quiet space to read slowly, think deeply, and connect over the books that linger.

Flatlay of several Asian literature titles displayed on a bookstore table, featuring a mix of translated fiction and contemporary novels — conveys curation, cultural depth, and quiet discovery.

This is not your usual book club.

There are no timers, no pop quizzes, and no pressure to finish by Friday.
It’s just a quiet space to read at your own pace and reflect on stories that matter, especially the ones that don’t always make it onto bestseller lists.

We focus on books by Asian authors, across countries, genres, and styles. Some are new releases, some are older titles that deserve a second look. Most are short. All are thoughtful.

You can join the conversation anytime.
I host the club on Fable, where we read together, drop notes, and share what moved us — whether it’s a line, a character, or a feeling you can’t quite name yet.

If you like quiet novels, quiet questions, and quiet people,
you’ll feel at home here.
